Lemon Myrtle Backhousia citriodora

An evergreen tree, Lemon Myrtle is a native of the sub-tropical rainforests of South Eastern Australia and can grow up to 60 feet tall although it's often much smaller.

It produces beautiful white flowers throughout the summer and into autumn and as with Lemon Balm, the leaves emit a delicious lemon scent when crushed or bruised.
